Texas Expunction Lawyers

Individuals with an arrest or conviction on their criminal record may be eligible to have it removed through expunction. To avoid complications with potential employers and other issues, this can prove essential for persons previously found guilty of some misdemeanor offenses, or whose case was dismissed or never pursued in court. Barrera, Cavazos & Powers attorneys can determine if the offense in question is eligible for a petition for expunction and subsequent order of expunction. If it does not qualify, it could meet the standards for a nondisclosure order that will limit access to your criminal record.
